What you can manage
Update your main text, business image, contact email, phone and location. Add products, services or portfolio items with a name, description, image, price and availability. Save drafts, publish, hide, move items to Removed and restore them. Changes persist in the website’s database and file store.
Access belongs to your business
Owner sign-in uses the hosting platform’s ChatGPT sign-in. Every write requires an authenticated, authorized owner on the server. Each client receives a separate site and separate data/file storage, with their owner account configured before public launch. Client access never grants access to RedelingTech’s own inquiry inbox or another client’s website. Additional staff roles or a different identity provider need a separate scope.
The included API connection: Resend
The standard setup connects the website’s inquiry form to Resend’s transactional email API: one verified sending identity and one business notification mailbox. Submissions are validated and stored first, with a reference number and duplicate protection. The server uses POST https://api.resend.com/emails with a server-held key and idempotency key. The adapter is implemented; sending requires your verified sender and account connection.
- Set RESEND_API_KEY, EMAIL_FROM and INQUIRY_NOTIFY_TO in the server environment
- Verify the sending domain in your Resend account; preserve existing mailbox DNS
- Confirm the receiving mailbox and test with an owner-approved message at handover
- Check pending notifications in the protected inquiry inbox; provider acceptance is not guaranteed inbox delivery
This review candidate disables email delivery. Missing or failed configuration leaves the stored inquiry marked pending. External API/provider charges are separate. Another bespoke API integration, CRM, payment gateway or multi-channel workflow is additional scoped work.
Catalogue, not checkout
The base package supports display and inquiries. It does not include cart/checkout, taking payments, tax calculations, shipping, inventory synchronization or order management. A displayed price is catalogue information. An email link is not a hosted mailbox.
Ownership and ongoing costs
You control your website’s content and authorized owner account after handover. Hosting, domain registration, business email mailbox and paid integration usage are separate provider bills, normally in your accounts. Website Care is optional. Administration access and content control are distinct from source-code ownership: the standard perpetual non-exclusive use license and optional €1,500 code transfer remain in the written terms.
A repeatable €500 scope
One agreed visual direction, standard page sections, one catalogue/content model, one owner account and the defined Resend setup, using your supplied content. One consolidated revision, launch checks, a walkthrough and 14 days of agreed-scope defect corrections are included. The build is not sold by page count; custom application features, extensive migration, custom roles and nonstandard integrations are separately quoted.
