1. Scope and acceptance
These terms describe new RedelingTech engagements from 4 November 2026. A written proposal defines the deliverables, price, payment schedule and dates. Existing signed agreements remain unchanged. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Projects and ongoing care
Website Foundation
From €500 · One-off project. For a local business or independent professional who needs a clear, credible website and an easy way for customers to get in touch.
Included: Up to 3 pages, using your supplied content; One agreed design direction and one consolidated revision round; Responsive layouts and an accessible inquiry form; Page titles, descriptions and basic search setup; Launch checks and practical handover notes.
Outside scope: Online shops, customer accounts, bespoke applications, copywriting, branding and additional integrations are quoted separately.
No required RedelingTech subscription. Provider costs are separate.
Workflow & AI
Tailored quote · Discovery before a fixed scope. For a business handling repeated questions, scattered inquiries or manual follow-ups. We identify a worthwhile workflow before deciding whether AI belongs in it.
Included: Discovery of one priority workflow and its boundaries; An agreed prototype before the production build; Approved knowledge and structured inputs; Named integrations, human review and failure handling; Testing against agreed examples and handover notes.
Outside scope: Unlimited channels, unrestricted autonomous actions, model training from scratch and unnamed integrations are outside the starting scope.
AI, messaging and integration usage is billed separately by the providers. Monitoring and improvements are optional.
Website Care
Quoted monthly · A separate monthly agreement. For an existing website that needs a dependable point of contact for routine checks, updates and small changes.
Included: A named monthly scope and change allowance; Scheduled page, link and form checks; Applicable dependency and security updates; Small content updates within the allowance; Issue triage and a written response target.
Outside scope: Redesigns, new pages, new integrations, emergency cover and an uptime SLA are not included unless expressly agreed.
Monthly in advance only after you accept the care scope. Provider bills remain separate; unused allowance does not roll over.
3. Costs and payment
Prices are in euros, excluding any applicable taxes. Your written quote states the total. Domain, hosting, business email, paid integrations and AI usage are separate. You normally pay the providers directly through your own accounts. Any managed hosting or pass-through charge is itemized and approved in writing.
The proposal states deposits and payment dates. No paid engagement or subscription begins merely by submitting an inquiry or booking a consultation. Changes outside the agreed scope require a written quote and approval.
4. Content, access and timing
You supply: Final text, images you have rights to use, brand assets, required account access and one person to approve the work. You remain responsible for the accuracy and rights of supplied material.
Scheduled after scope approval and receipt of final content and access. Your written proposal sets the dates; feedback and third-party integrations can affect launch.
5. Support and changes
Project handover includes 14 calendar days of defect corrections after handover, for the agreed scope. This covers work that does not match the agreed specification; new requirements are additional work. Website Care is optional and separately scoped. Its allowance, working hours and response targets are written down; acknowledgement is not a guarantee of resolution or uninterrupted uptime.
Additional pages using the agreed design start at €100. Other changes are quoted at €120/hour in 15-minute increments, with approval before work starts.
6. Providers, AI and customer data
Provider services have their own terms and availability. Hosting, email, calendar and AI failures can affect delivery. AI features use agreed knowledge, permissions and human review where required; they do not guarantee perfect answers or business results. Data-processing responsibilities, safeguards and any required processing agreement are established before a project handles customer data.
7. Use license and ownership
After full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered website on your own domains. RedelingTech retains its underlying code, reusable components and tools. An optional €1500 project-code ownership transfer can be agreed in writing; third-party licenses continue to apply and future maintenance is separate. The proposal states access, hosting and handover arrangements.
8. Care cancellation and handover
New monthly care agreements renew monthly and can be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice. They are billed in advance; unused allowance does not roll over. Hosting and provider subscriptions are separate unless expressly included. A cancellation plan must preserve customer access and identify any migration work and provider bills. Existing contract notice periods remain unchanged.
9. Confidentiality and responsibilities
Each party keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it for the engagement. Each party is responsible for its own obligations. Any project-specific liability, warranty and termination provisions must be stated in the written agreement and remain subject to applicable law.
